New Mexico’s Taos Ski Valley has been busy in recent years, adding $300 million in improvements. After years of base-area renovations, the ski area is currently putting final touches on its newest endeavor: an 80-room lifestyle hotel.
The Blake at Taos Ski Valley will welcome skiers this December, anchoring a collection of base area retail shops and restaurants. The ski-in/ski-out hotel will feature a distinctly New Mexican design combined with a rustic European elegance. Fifteen one-and two-bedroom suites will comfortably accommodate families, along with 65 guest rooms with king and queen beds. A spa will offer regionally inspired treatments, and a wine and tapas bar will serve New Mexican-inspired cuisine.
The Blake at Taos Ski Valley will begin accepting reservations this summer.
