The world’s first ultra-accessible splash park has opened in San Antonio, providing a destination for travelers with special needs to better enjoy summer. Morgan’s Inspiration Island. The park features a river boat adventure ride and five water play areas accessible to people with special needs and their families.
Morgan’s Inspiration Island joins Morgan’s Wonderland, a 25-acre theme park that makes all of its rides accessible to people with special needs. Admission for guests with special needs is always free, with a nominal charge for accompanying guests. New air-powered wheelchairs have been added to help assist visitors enjoy the water park. The parks are open daily all summer.
