The popular water park chain, Sclitterbahn, is making its way into Fort Lauderdale, its first water park location in Florida. Sclitterbahn will feature water slides, lazy river, splash playgrounds, pools, and beaches. The new water park won’t be arriving until 2017 but received approval for a 64-acre tract of land. The park is expected to be a seasonal water park, open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Currently, Schlitterbahn is located across Texas and in Kansas City. This will be the chain’s first East Coast location.
