Residence Inn Washington, D.C. Navy Yard Now Open

The all-new, all-suite Residence Inn Washington Capitol Hill/Navy Yard has opened on First Street, a block away from the Navy Yard/Ballpark Metro Station. The new property is part of the Capitol Riverfront rejuvenation project.

Guests of the Residence Inn will find amenities like grocery delivery service, onsite food and beverage market, laundry service and complimentary Wi-Fi. In-room amenities include a fully equipped kitchen and studio or one-bedroom options to sleep five comfortably. For families, the property is conveniently located near Capitol Hill, Washington Nationals Stadium. and the Washington Mall.
