Palm Springs Adding Four New Luxury Hotels

Four new luxury hotels will open in the Greater Palm Springs area in 2017.

The new Kimpton Rowan Hotel, scheduled to open in downtown Palm Springs in March, will be a six-story, new build with 155 rooms and a rooftop pool; a first for Palm Springs.

Andaz Palm Springs, slated to open in summer 2017, will also be located downtown.

Hotel Paseo, part of the Marriott Autograph Collection, will open a 150-room property in October 2017.

Hyde Hotel & Residences will open in Coachella Valley with 150 two-bedroom condo units, 40 suites and 10 two-bedroom, standalone villas.
