Just in time for summer vacations, Omni Hotels and Resorts has refreshed its poolside “Art of Water” menus to reflect local flavors in a mix of invigorating cocktails and adventurous dishes.
For instance, guests at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia now enjoy Blackened Fish, Poblano Raised Pork and Carne Asada Tacos, while patrons of Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort nosh on Shrimp Roll and Oysters Two Ways.
Kids are included in the flavorful fun, too, with special options of their own; these include Crazy Monkey Sandwiches — peanut butter, banana and marshmallow fluff — at Omni Bedford Springs Resort, and create-your-own smoothies at Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate.
Other kid-approved, warm-weather treats can be found on the menus, as well; think Ice Cream Sandwich Bites, Ginger-Georgia Peach Push-Pops and Frozen Grapes.
Additionally, Omni Hotels and Resorts has launched a Dive into Summer Package, which includes a $100 dining voucher, perfect for enjoying the new menus, along with concierge pre-call service (to arrange visits to local sites), Omni Sensational Kids Backpacks and late check-out.
