The Texas Rangers announced plans for a new entertainment district, in partnership with The Cordish Companies and Loews Hotels. The new hotel and convention center, combined with dining, entertainment and hospitality will be a $4-billion investment with the City of Arlington, Texas. Included in the project is a $150-million flagship Live! by Loews – Arlington, TX resort property.
The Arlington Entertainment District will include a new $1 billion ballpark for the Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Park and the Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium. The 14-story Loews property will provide more than 300 guest rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the entertainment district. The hotel will include an outdoor inflnity pool, a rooftop terrace, a brewery, and a signature restaurant.
