After much speculation, LEGOLAND Florida has finally announced it will be adding a new resort. LEGOLAND Beach Retreat will offer a new area and style of accommodations for families, and is scheduled to open in mid-2017.
LEGOLAND Beach Retreat will feature colorful LEGO-styled bungalows. The bungalows will feature duplexes with 166 separate accommodations to sleep up to five people, or families will be able to reserve both units for a private bungalow to house a multi-generational trip with up to 10 guests. The bungalows will rest beside Lake Dexter and be adjacent to LEGOLAND theme park.
Guests of the Beach Retreat will enjoy free transportation to and from the park, as well as the resort’s themed pool and “beach,” and a buffet-style restaurant.
