Nearly 800 new guest rooms and suites will be available to visitors of Hollywood, California, when four new hotels open their doors in 2017. From budget chains to boutiques to luxury brands, visitors will find a variety of choices.
Dream Hollywood. Dream Hotels will open its luxury boutique brand on Hollywood’s Cahuenga Corridor in early 2017. The property will feature a rooftop lounge and 179 guest rooms.
The James West Hollywood-Sunset. With properties in Miami and Chicago, The James makes its debut in Hollywood in April. Part of a mixed-use complex on La Cienega Boulevard, the hotel will anchor 40,000 square feet of retail space and will feature two restaurants, a rooftop bar and 286 guest rooms.
Hampton Inn & Suites Los Angeles Hollywood. The budget-chain under the Hilton family of hotels arrives on Vine Street in May. It will offer 122 guest rooms.
Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. Nearby Beverly Hills will receive its first Waldorf luxury brand property, neighboring the Beverly Hilton. The new hotel will offer 170 guest rooms.
