A new RIU resort has opened in Panama, offering a second location in the Central American country provided by the international hotel and resort chain. The new beachfront resort, Riu Playa Blanca, features 573 rooms with family suites, four restaurants, four swimming pools, fitness center and entertainment areas and nightclub.
RiuLand kids’ club provides supervised children’s programming throughout the day, and one of the pools is dedicated to kids with a water slide and pool games. Standard and triple rooms can accommodate up to five, with two-bedroom family rooms and suites able to accommodate five adults and 3 children.
The $100-million resort is now open and taking reservations.
