Mission Point Resort to Receive Upgrades

After nearly three decades, Mackinac Island’s Mission Point Resort has new owners, along with plans for several enhancements.

Upgrades will likely include a new spa and enhancements in the pool complex, as well as renovations in guestrooms. Renovations are expected to begin later in the year, though small changes are already being made, and include new upholstery and flat-screen televisions.

Mission Point Resort caters to families with a wealth of activities, amenities and even accommodations, the latter of which includes Family Suites. Families enjoy an onsite movie theater, kids’ club, arcade, bike rentals and a beautiful lakefront location.
