Metropolitan by COMO Miami Beach is a boutique hotel with family-loving amenities like DVD players, rooftop swimming pool, and babysitting arrangements. With its Collins Avenue beachfront location, Hilton Cabana Miami Beach is perfectly situated. More than 200 rooms, two outdoor swimming pools, and rooms that accommodate up to five are perfect for families.
Shelborne Wyndham Grand South Beach
formerly The Shelborne, was taken over by Wyndham and given a transformation. The hotel retained its high-end feel, and provides guests with a private beach club and poolside, air-conditioned cabanas.
1 Hotel South Beach, opened in April, as a large venture that includes hotel and homes along South Beach. The hotel features 417 rooms, four swimming pools, private beach and rental opportunities for one- to four-bedroom homes in the residence section.
A new Marriott, AC Hotel Miami Beach, opened under the European chain. The Collins Avenue hotel boast 150 rooms.
Hotel designer Ian Schrager put his mark on The Miami Beach EDITION, which features 26 luxury apartments, 250 hotel rooms, and entertainment like bowling and ice skating.
