Universal Orlando’s newest onsite hotel, the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, will be opening in 2016 and has begun accepting reservations for early birds planning to visit the theme parks next summer.
The new 1,000-room hotel will be Universal Orlando’s fifth property and will feature 80 suites. The Caribbean-themed property will offer the largest onsite, zero-entry swimming pool at any Universal Orlando resort. Its 16,000 square feet will include a white sand beach, cabanas, water slide and fire pit. Guests of the hotel will have a choice of onsite dining, as well, with a Caribbean-inspired, full-service restaurant, a pool bar and grill, and a tapas-style lobby lounge.
Loews Sapphire Resort is slated to open in mid-summer 2016, with reservations being accepted for stays beginning July 14, 2016. Rates for summer season begin at $176 per night for a seven-night stay, or $206 per night for a four-night stay. Value season rates begin as low as $119. Guests of the resort will receive early admission to Universal Orlando theme parks, complimentary water taxi and shuttle bus service to the theme parks and Universal CityWalk, and resort-wide charging privileges with room keys.
