LEGOLAND California Resort debuted the tallest LEGO building in the United States — One World Trade Center — recently.
The structure is made up of more than 250,000 LEGO bricks, and took eight Master Model Builders over 1,200 hours to build. It weighs more than 1,000 pounds and stands at an impressive 26 feet.
Guests, for the first time ever, can implement a special LEGO tower viewer to get an “aerial” look at Miniland U.S.A. The area also includes replicas of 9/11 Memorial’s twin reflecting pools, the grove of memorial trees, and the World Trade Center Transportation Hub.
