Kimpton continues to grow in Chicago, where the brand’s fifth hotel will open in 2016.
Housed in the LaSalle-Monrose Building, a former office space in the Central Loop, the property will offer 281 guestrooms and a restaurant and bar. It will also feature 9,500 square feet of retail space, along with Kimpton‘s famed amenities, such as free wine hours and a kids’ program.
Several other hotels are also in the works for the Windy City, including a Hyatt and Residence Inn by Marriott.
