Keystone Mountain in Keystone, Colorado, is ready for the 2016-17 ski season. Officially opening Keystone Resort on November 4, 2016 for the season, the mountain is also launching its first-ever Kidtopia Mountaintop Spectacular event.
Keystone’s Kidtopia provides free activities and events on and off the snow every day of the week beginning on November 25, 2016. The inaugural Kidtopia Mountaintop Spectacular, a free, on-mountain festival, will take place December 16 to 18, 2016 to celebrate the new ski season. The festival will feature activities and Kidtopia programs, including nightly fireworks, a torchlight ski parade, and a mountaintop celebration with free snow tubing, snowcat photo ops, live music, hot cocoa and fireside stories with Santa, Bigfoot adventure walks, a ski patrol dog meet and greet, and a special lighting of the world’s largest Snow Fort.
