Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood has welcomed a 30-story Hyatt House property in the Flower District. The first Hyatt House to open in New York City provides apartment-style accommodations suitable for visiting families.
Hyatt House New York/Chelsea offers 150 guest rooms in studio or one-bedroom configurations in up to 510 square feet in size. Amenities include refrigerators and microwaves in kitchenettes, as well as sleeper sofas and in-room washer and dryer in the suites. A 24-hour market with grab-and-go meals and groceries is located at H Market, with 2Beans chocolate and expression shop on the ground floor. Complimentary breakfast is available daily at the H Bar on the second floor, and an 11th floor outdoor space will offer cocktails and light bites.
