The fifth Grand Velas resort to open on Mexico’s Baja Peninsula will open this November, falling under the chain’s “Beyond All Inclusive, Beyond All Compare” style. The family-owned Grand Velas group opens this new beachfront property after an investment of $150 million.
Grand Velas Los Cabos will be located between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. The resort’s more than 300 ocean view suites will all be more than 1,180 square feet in size and offer private plunge pools and terraces. Suites will feature a king or two queen beds with a separate living area with sofa, and daily stocked refreshments, snacks and drinks. The resort will also feature nearly 20,000 square feet of spa space with 20 treatment rooms and a hydrotherapy facility. Amenities include three swimming pools, pool and beach concierge, separate teens’ and kids’ clubs and activities, five gourmet restaurants, and 24-hour butler concierge and in-suite service.
Reservations are currently being accepted on Velas Resorts’ website.
