Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Starwood Capital Group, a private real estate investment firm, recently announced that Four Seasons will take over management of the Viceroy Anguilla later this year. The resort will reopen as Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Anguilla following its annual closure from August to October.
The resort is located in the midst of the island’s northwestern shore, and features 3,200 feet of beachfront and views of the Caribbean Sea. It will include 166 accommodations — guest rooms, whole-ownership beachfront private residences, 5,000-square-foot villas, and vacation rental units. Here, families will be able to enjoy world-class dining, an 8,100-square-foot spa, and a wide variety of pool and water sport activities.
