Imagine sitting in the Great Hall at Hogwarts to enjoy a special holiday dinner, just as Harry Potter and his friends and schoolmates did in the films. Warners Bros. Studio Tour in London houses the sets from the Harry Potter movies and outside of its tours is launching a special holiday tradition: Dinner at Hogwarts.
Warner Bros. will decorate the sets for the holidays, including the Gryffindor common room, Platform 9 3/4 and the Great Hall. The special event will take place on Dec. 3 and includes a two-course Christmas dinner on the actual Hogwarts’ Great Hall set. Guests will enjoy Christmas pudding, a holiday ham with cherries and Butterbeer, as well as dessert on Platform 9 3/4, live music and dancing. Each guest with a ticket to the event will also receive a wand, with tickets each $350.
To experience a snowy Hogwarts without the pricey dinner, Warner Bros. Studio Tour is also running a Hogwarts in the Snow exhibition from Nov. 13 through Jan. 31. The special winter tour will feature “lit” fireplaces, Christmas decor and artificial snow. Tickets for these tours include the full set experience and costs around $150 for a family of four. The Warner Bros. Studio Tour is located outside of London.
