Carowinds, located in Charlotte, N.C., has chosen the name of a record-breaking ride expected to debut next year. The B&M Giga-Coaster will be called FURY 325; 325 stands for the height and duration (3:25) of the ride.
At a speed of 95 mph, the new coaster will plummet passengers at an 81-degree angle as it zooms across 6,602 feet of track, turning sideways and dipping underground along the way.
Much of the park will also be revamped to include new attractions and signature food offerings.
