We stayed at this hotel from October 30 til November 3 the hotel was having construction which they did not inform us but it was ok they started early and ended early which wasn’t a problem because we were out and about enjoying the crescent city, they room was very spacious the staff was perfect everything was great

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean room. Bathroom very small. No hand towel ring/bar. Comfortable bed. Largest flatscreen TV I’ve seen in a hotel. My fav, a Starbucks in the hotel. We were there for a week. I accompanied my spouse on his business trip. Lots of conventions occurring at the same time so lobby could be a bit crowded and the construction going on there just compounded this but was completed by the time we left. Bourbon St. was 2 blocks away. Casino within walking distance. River walk and Aquarium close by. Be aware that parking fees are very high: over $40/night. Airport about a 15-20 minute drive. No hotel shuttle. Bus and street cars close by.Did not use restaurant but sampled many in the area and ate lots of seafood especially oysters. We went to the CVS and Walgreens for more affordable snacks and beverages. Nice sized adult pool and a kiddie pool.We were on the 11th floor and had a City/pool view but I would ask for a river view next time. Overall a good place to stay. I would stay here again.
