Great location, but untrained staff.
The property is lovely, the early evening wine tasting in your lobby was inviting and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was excellent, as the dining room was cozy and large, and the cuisine was delicious & healthy.
However, front desk lobby employees lacked customer service, and appeared to have been the "off season" hires who are not particularly excited about their jobs and not been trained accordingly. I would recommend they smile, welcome guests eagerly and with some level of positive energy - this goes a long way when guests consider rebooking a property in the vicinity that is at this price point given the array of great options in the same price range ($500+ a night).
