This hotel is actually located on an L Consequently there is little street noise and rooms facing the street are preferred with more ambient lighting. The hotel is surrounded on thee sides by buildings which are dingy...another reason for facing the street. The basic rooms are small and if you are two people bringing checked bags you should upgrade. The basic room is for either one person or two people staying a short time with carryons.The modern feel of the hotel is done with gray and white. I found it dreary on a rainy day. When you enter the reception area and meet the staff you really wish behind them they had something like a painting with bright colors. Evenings have a wine reception. The front desk is friendly and helpful. After a few days they all seem like family. They make the hotel special

Fabulous hotel. Super comfortable beds, really great bathroom with plenty of room. Clean, stylish hotel with a friendly staff in a great location for walking to the spots you want to see or taking the tube. Highly recommend the hotel. I also preserved the car service through the hotel to Heathrow for an early morning flight and it was perfect. Competitive price and great service.
