The hotel is right on North Beach and I have been coming for years, I am shocked at poor reviews this is the best beach and people on the island . The rooms have no tvs be warned but that is what makes it great and a perfect getaway. I have a family of three including my grown daughter and we ate and drank all day yesterday, grilled octopus, fish tacos, pizza even a bottle of wine and we did not spend over $100.00 with tip crazy. Fish swim by while in the water this is paradise and I just left snowing Denver. Very nice rooms , clean bathrooms at the beach and at the end of the day I even hit the pool and it is clean an very nice. I am almost afraid to post because this is the place I come but these people are to nice so I need to let people know while maybe last year something was off it is fixed now.

My wife and I stayed in a "Deluxe Room" Room #2 Oct.5-12. It was spacious but a lot of space was wasted. The location is perfect, best spot on North Beach , close walk to town for restaurants. Staff is very friendly, on site restaurant was good. Only items that would prevent us from staying at Na Balam again is that they need a little fridge in the room and improve the wifi, it was terrible.
