Amazing staff that really look after you, the sun beds are so comfortable and the pools are just fabulous ! Plenty of variety of restaurants all serving first class food and beverages. Excellent value for money.

10 days at The Mulia was simply exceptional. This is our 2nd time at the resort and it's still our favourite 'luxury' hotel. You cannot fault the service, the staff, the food, the facilities and the accommodation. We stayed in The Earl Beachfront Room at The Mulia (there are three other accommodations you can book; The Mulia, The Mulia Villas and The Mulia Resort). The room is massive, with a separate living room area and a great outdoor deck with a daybed and a great spa pool. The bedding is soft with quality linens. When we booked, we chose the 'Indulgent Package', which was a special they often have, which gave us many additional resort benefits (like dinners, lunches, transfers, massage treatments). As part of your room rate, you received a butler (who helps you with dinner reservations, and daily planning), daily breakfast at The Lounge (which is a fine dining restaurant with an extensive menu). The menu is extensive, our favourite was Fillet Mignon, Foie & Eggs... after our fresh fruit platter. You can order as little or as much as you want - a great way to start each day. Plus you received 'high tea' daily from 4pm - 6pm. The high tea is fantastic, offering a selection of high tea food, cocktails, spirits, wine and beer (and they make great cocktails). We ate exclusively at the resort and recommend 'The Cafe', which is a high end buffet with international cooking areas, where chefs prepare you their signature dishes and offer you a buffet selection of their authentic cuisine. Our favourite was the Japanese area (fresh raw fish)! If you have a sweet tooth, their dessert area is 'out of this world'. The Mulia Fitness Centre is the best hotel gym we have visited. High end equipment and awesome staff. And the pools, there are so many! We received access to areas of the pool that are restricted to The Mulia and The Mulia Villa guests only. The pool team are great, you receive water and fruit, they assist you with towels, the loungers are soft and the cabana areas beautiful (but quite hot under the perspex roofing). The Nusa Dua beach is a great beach to swim in (especially where the Mulia is located). We have already booked our trip with The Mulia next year. Thanks to Adii (in the Cafe), Ardika (pool area), Dana, Yana, Ogy, Arima and Darma (in the Lounge) for making our trip even more special. Great service! I cannot recommend enough!
