The Most Comfortable and Stylish Travel Clothes for Women

Moms on the go want to look confident, yet feel comfy, especially when traveling. So I enrolled seven of my travel-loving girlfriends to get together and select some of the most comfortable and chic travel clothes from Amazon (because who doesn’t love Prime shipping and easy returns?).

I ordered several of the most popular travel clothing items on Amazon in a range of sizes. We tried them on (while drinking wine and exchanging tips) and chose our favorites to share with you. These are the most comfortable and stylish travel clothes for women.

1. adidas Women’s Cloudfoam Pure Running Shoe

I ordered these adidas Cloudfoam Running Shoes because they had close to 1,400 reviews on Amazon with an average 4.5 out of 5 star rating. They feel like walking on clouds, so soft and squishy. When all the ladies came over, my friend Kathleen immediately grabbed them and declared that everyone needs to own a pair. She has these memory foam sneakers and swears they are the most comfortable shoes she owns. The back of the shoe is a bit high, but you needn’t worry about blisters.  They are lightweight and comfortable for everything from running errands to touring a museum. Several other friends bought a pair, too.

2. Mippo Women’s Cross Back Tank Top

This soft, cross back tank top turned out to be one of the most popular pieces at our party. It is Modal and Spandex, which means the fabric is silky and stretchy. The criss-cross back adds a unique touch to this lightweight, long tank. The armholes are low, but we recommend wearing a bralette or sports bra you don’t mind peaking out underneath.

3. HEYHUN Women’s Athleisure Ultra Soft Knit Foldover Ruched Skirted Yoga Leggings

These yoga pants garnered a lot of discussion. My friend Tina sent me the link because her sister liked them so much she ordered two pairs. I have to admit I was skeptical about the skirt, but when they arrived, they were butter soft and I liked the way they covered my booty.

When the ladies tried them on, we all agreed that it’s best to think of the ruched part like a long tank top that provides freedom for wearing whatever shirt length you like. There is no elastic band to squeeze you in. They fit comfortably without falling down and are available in black, navy and dark grey. Many of us ordered these.

4. UGET Women’s Loose Fitting Batwing Sleeve Pullover Top

The UGET Women’s Loose Fitting Batwing Sleep Pullover Top is a best seller on Amazon for the women’s pullover sweater category and after trying it on, we know why. It’s oversized with a loose neck that sometimes falls off your shoulder. The sleeves have a little bit of a bat wing effect and the back covers your bum. It is soft, not scratchy, and a perfect light, summer sweater that’s great to wear on the plane.

5. Amazon Essentials Women’s Studio Relaxed-Fit Crewneck T-Shirt

I ordered the Women’s Studio Relaxed-Fit Crewneck T-Shirt because it’s Amazon’s Choice for relaxed-fit shirts for women. It features a soft, moisture-wicking material with a rounded shape and rolled sleeves. My friend Emmy thinks it’s a great fabric for travel, and Jenny likes that it’s wrinkle-free. It does run a little large, so size down if you don’t want a roomy fit.

6. Vans Slip-On Core Classics

Slip-on shoes are the best when it comes to running around with kids and through the airport. And we especially love the Vans Slip-On Core Classics, which add a cute kick to your travel clothing wardrobe. “Vans make any outfit feel young,” says my friend Amy. “They run narrow, but they stretch.” They come in a variety of colors and patterns to complete any travel outfit.

7. Amazon Essentials Women’s 2-Pack Tech Stretch Short-Sleeve Crewneck T-Shirt

These moisture-wicking T-shirts with a flattering shape help keep you cool and dry. The quality is impressive for the price. They are available in two-packs in a variety of colors. Size up if you’re like me and don’t want your shirt to cling to your tummy.

8. Mippo Women’s Mesh Open Back Sports Tank Top

The Mippo Women’s Meesh Open Back Sports Tank Top is Amazon’s Choice for women’s yoga tops. It is a soft, Modal fabric with a mesh V in the back. You can either tie the back or leave it open. It’s both feminine and flirty and comes in a variety of colors.

9. RBX Active Women’s Lightweight Body Skimming Drawstring Capri Pant

A cute, comfy, lightweight pair of pants with pockets is always a plus for traveling. These capris have a drawstring waist and adjustable leg openings. My friend Courtney immediately added them to her Amazon cart after trying them on at my house.

10. Cestyle Women’s Sleeveless Scoop Neck Flowy Loose Fit Racerback Tank Top

This racerback tank top is soft without being clingy and long enough to cover your backside and front. The armholes are comfortable without exposing your bra. My friend Amy likes the look and the length. It comes in a nice variety of vibrant colors.
