Lovely Boutique Hotel

by Vickilynne2015

I regularly stay overnight in London and this is the one of the best small hotel that I have stayed in. My room and ensuite shower room were spotlessly clean and had all I needed (safe, fridge, bathrobes, telephone etc). Lovely big comfortable bed. It was warm on a cold night. My room overlooked the side road almost on the corner of the main road, and I was quite surprised how quiet it was. There is no restaurant but there are reasonably priced bar snacks available served in the bar or via room service and I ordered one of their salads which was excellent. Good Coffee from bar. The continental breakfast was excellent too.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.

As a lone female traveller I felt very safe and comfortable here.

I loved the decor.

A really nice place to stay, one which I would use on a social visit to London.

The only negative I would mention - which was experienced by a colleague who uses a wheelchair - was that the access is via a (removable) ramp and the lift is quite small for a large wheelchair. I would suggest that anyone with a wheelchair phones a few hours in advance of their arrival to make sure that the ramp is in place for their arrival. My colleague said everything else was excellent - just the wheelchair access was a little tight.

Amazing find.

With my job I'm in London three times a month and I've stayed in varying degrees of hotel and this one is my absolute favourite.

I'm in love with the decor, the beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and the thoughtful extras in the rooms.

The hotel is actually really quiet considering where it is and for the same price as a Premier Inn, you can have a fabulous stay 10 minutes walk from Euston station, close to Russell Square tube station and some really lovely places to eat.

I think this is going to be my 'go-to' hotel from now on.
