Overview

Families are going to really enjoy this Jamaican retreat. There is everything onsite for true relaxation and adventure. Rooms come with either a king or double bed. There is a mini-bar in each room and LCD TV with satellite TV, and most rooms have partial ocean views and some rooms have balconies. For activity, you will never get bored. There is a kids’ and teen club. Onsite you can access boating, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding and a Flowrider (surf simulator). Families really enjoy the ability to book dolphin swims at the resort, as well. When it comes to dining, there are a variety of onsite options offering varied menus. For nighttime entertainment, there is a nightclub, piano bar and lounge.

Excellent Service

So impressed with the service and attention to detail that the staff provided during our 10 day stay. Rowan from the beach service was always there for us. His service was top notch and he made sure when we were around that we would have no issues.
We were blessed to have Omar serve us early in our stay at the Pier 8. He was extremely pleasant and was also very good to our entire family. He surprised us on the last night with a private evening beach meal. He went out of his way to give us the great experience.
Odain, Jerome, and Carlan always have been good to us for our nightly visits to the lobby bar. They have become great friends.
And the kids loved spending their days at the FlowRider with Shamar and Blake. Two great guys who were very patient teaching the kids how to surf.
Aaron in the buffet has become a dear friend to us. Each time we return, he is one of the first that we go see. Odavid has also been a great server and friend in the buffet area.
The resort is fantastic, but we love those who work there and is what definitely highlights the trip.

Johnoy so took care of us everyday in every way. I was so grateful for his contact with my family because we knew all of the events and everything going at the resort daily. He is loving and kind! Thank you Johnoy for making our vacation one of the best ever...family of 6! We love you Johnoy. Sorry for such a late review but thinking of you every day!!
