The building is run down and doesn't deliver on what it claims to offer. The restaurant is closed. I am here on business with plans to work the evening from the room with a quick meal at the restaurant. The vending machine on my floor wasn't working properly. Provided inconsistent pricing, wouldn't return my coins once I realized my preference was sold-out, so I had to select an item I can't consume (for health reasons).

With no restaurant or working vending machine, I left the property for food - taking longer than I had planned and losing out on income.

The room itself is dingy. We couldn't get access to the pool and the staff members weren't helpful. The areas out of the room were very cold, so winter clothes were required to stay warm.

Poor value for the money. Wish I had stayed elsewhere.

Good value for the money. Have stayed here a few times. Staff are all very helpful and willing to assist. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Continental breakfast is included and good value. Saltwater pool is a nice addition however gym facility not so great. Latest visit my room overlooked 400 series highway so will request a rear facing room in the future.
