Great Birthday Trip

I stayed here for my birthday in September and had a lovely trip - the staff were all very friendly and helpful and the rooms were beautiful, particularly the bathroom! The bed was also very comfy. Though our room didn't have a particular view, we could see the London Eye and also a beautiful sunset. We also enjoyed the crystal champagne glasses in the evening. It was also a nice touch when we left for the day and came back to a hand written happy birthday message!
The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 is due to the breakfast. I ordered a full vegan breakfast which was fairly poor quality for the price - the sausages were very mushy and the scrambled tofu was completely bland. I was quite disappointed but it did not ruin my trip, I would definitely come and stay at the hotel again, just would not recommend the vegan breakfast!

Great room and location

Great room, clean and spacious with a view. Walking distance from all major tourist spots. Close to the underground with cheap fare to Gatwick airport. Friendly staff that always greeted us with a smile
