This group of 4 are frequent casino resort hoppers but not high rollers. That said: the casino was nice and easy to navigate. The hotel room was small and cramped. No table or chairs, no refrigerator, no morning newspaper no perks. For $179 a night, we expected much better. We get 2 free nights a week at Seneca Allegheny and the rooms are wonderful! Many other nice hotels right on 315 and minutes to casino. I should also add, once in the complex, very poor design to get to hotel valet parking. I will also say all staff were pleasant.

We never have a bad experience at this hotel. Our room is always comfortable and spacious.. Nice touch when they added the additional pillows and you no longer had to ask for them. Check-in is hit or miss, and has absolutely nothing to do with the staff. People arrive unprepared and have nothing ready for the staff to check-in in a timely manner. (Please post a sign to let people know what is required for checking in)....It might help with the long lines....Everyone is friendly from front desk, valet and cleaning staff.
