This was our first visit to Maldives and I did a thorough research of all islands, that would be of our interest. Mirihi always came to the top of all lists of my “investigation”. We wanted a beautiful small island, not overly crowded, with a beautiful house reef, good snorkelling and nice accomodation. Already before we came to Mirihi, I knew that it was the right choice. Our stay at Mirihi was in fact wonderful! It far exceeded all our expectations by far (and they were high to begin with!). The island is like heaven on earth. It is much more beautiful then on the photos. The villas are nicely furnished and also all little details are great. Food is delicious. The staff and the service is just the best! Everybody is genuinely friendly and nice. Our special thanks goes to the staff of Dive center and to the waiters and house keeping. We tried several activities and they also exceeded our expectations. We did a whale shark seeker tour, night snorkelling and introductory dives. We were thrilled! We swam for 20 minutes with a whale shark so close that we could have touched it. I cannot find even one small thing that we would not like, let alone complain about. Mirihi is all about superlatives. We adored everything, it fullfilled our dreams about a paradise island. We will definitely come back. For us the stay here was an absolute 10/10.
