I enjoyed staying at the Millenium. My floor, a lower floor, was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and very clean. The floor seemed fine at first but over multiple nights, I realized there were little Nerds candies scattered about, and though the major areas of the room and bathroom were dusted, a deep cleaning hadn’t been done in a while. The bathroom was quite clean as well in the areas you would easily touch, but it was evident a good dusting and cleaning in the not-blatantly obvious places hadn’t been done in some time.
Once I tried to order room service, but couldn’t reach anyone although i tried two ways of dialing (one set of directions printed in the phone, the second on the welcome booklet). No one answered. It worked out for the best because i found a good 24/7 deli a stone’s throw away. The hotel location can’t be beat so there are great dining options nearby at the Oculus, Nobu, and within a few blocks.
Overall I was satisfied with my stay and would return. The staff were friendly and room very clean (if you just don’t look past the likely places you will touch), and the location is great. I also appreciated that the number of rooms per floor is small, and it was very quiet.

We booked on a busy weekend and paid an exorbitant amount for a room with two double beds. Be clear this is two full size beds, not two queens and the room is quite small. Everything else at the hotel, especially the staff and location, is quite good. Just be sure you know what you're paying for. As other reviewers noted, the rooms do feel a bit dated.
