Overview

The Milestone Hotel, located across from Kensington Palace and Gardens, dates back to 1883 when it was originally a Victorian mansion. Now a family-friendly hotel and one of TripAdvisor’s Top 25 Hotels in the World for 2014, the London hotel offers families a wide array of accommodations and amenities. Enjoy a standard guestroom, junior suite, master suite or apartment, complete with luxury linens, fresh flowers and twice-daily housekeeping. Great location, comfortable rooms, tastefully decorated, delicious breakfast and high-tea. But the BEST factor of this hotel is the service. Everyone is helpful and friendly. They remember you by name and always greet you with a smile. Highly recommend it!

Milestone Birthday Celebrations

We recently treated our best friends to a surprise weekend at The Milestone for a very special birthday. I emailed ahead of our visit and every request and more were seamlessly in place . We have enjoyed many wonderful weekends here, but this was our friends first visit. To say they were overwhelmed at the warmth, kindness and attention to detail by every member of the Milestone team is an understatement!! From the moment we arrived , everyone greeted us and wished our friend Peter a Happy Birthday, we were led to the fabulous bar and were given a wonderful glass of champagne, the weekend just kept getting better and better. There was a birthday card in the room and a wonderful birthday cake was delivered at afternoon tea! We cannot recommend The Milestone highly enough, if you are looking to surprise someone, or simply indulge yourselves in fabulous surroundings with wonderful , thoughtful hotel staff, then look no further !! Our friends loved it so much they have promised to return ! Well done, and thank you so much to all the Team 12 out of 10 !!!!!
