This hotel went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay. We used to stay at the Hawthorn (crappy) but we will be switching to the Microtel. Thank you so much for the amazing service that we received!

Meh pretty much sums up the hotel. The front desk was awesome, kind and friendly. The beds were very hard but the pillows very lumpy and soft. Couldn't sleep at all. The shower curtain had 2 small spots of black substance on it. Could have been mold. The rest of the place was fairly clean. I wouldn't suggest eating the breakfast.
