This sleek London hotel is located in Park Lane near Mayfair and Piccadily. Offering 144 rooms and suites, the hotel’s unique touch is its 19 long-stay apartments that receive the hotel’s signature amenities and services. The two-bedroom apartments are ideal for families, providing fully equipped kitchens and more than 1,000 square feet of living, dining and sleeping space. For those who prefer to stay in the hotel proper, rooms and suites are outfitted with Wi-Fi, flat-screen televisions, and media hubs with speaker systems. Suites provide separate living and sleeping space, with families able to connect Metropolitan City room and Metropolitan Park rooms to Park Suites to create multi-room configurations. Onsite dining features the world-renowned Nobu for award-winning Japanese-Peruvian combinations. For breakfast, visit the calm White Room. Parents can relax in the COMO Shambhala Urban Escape Spa, which provides six treatment rooms, as well as a fitness center. The hotel welcomes children and offers highchairs, cots, Nintendo Wii and DVD players. Excellent property in beautiful Mayfair

Just finished a 5-night stay at the Como Metropolitan. I was completely surprised at the value this location afforded. It is just off Park Lane and is extremely quiet (I barely heard or saw other guests despite the hotel being booked). Our room was on the 9th floor, had huge windows which let in much natural light. The bed was very comfortable and the room had several lamps & overhead lights, which was great as most hotel rooms are too dark. My only complaint is that the bathroom was on the smaller side (2 people could not use at same time), the tub/shower had a half-glass wall which allowed water to spill out. They also seemed to restrict the water temperature - I could not get a nice hot shower or bath.
The hotel is midway between 2 tube stations: Green Park or Hyde Park Corner, both a 10-minute easy walk. There is also a darling area behind the hotel called Shepherd Square, which felt like old London with several small & excellent restaurants.
Considering the location, comfort, and price - I consider this property a very good value for London. Will definitely stay again.
