We cannot resist coming back time and time again to the Pelangi. Our time here is so relaxing, with the friendly and professional staff. The standard of service and attention to detail is truly amazing.

We celebrated our daughter’s 21st birthday at The Pelangi and the staff made it even more special. The Meritus Club team were amazing as always, delivering an exceptional and professional service throughout our stay. Special thanks to Ridzuan (Mr Wn), Nazri, Linda and Sabrina for high class hospitality and to Charles and Suzanne for organising all our daughter’s surprises on her birthday. And of course to Chef Pak for his delicious cuisine.

There are other members of staff who also went that extra mile whose names we cannot remember, but we wish to thank you all.

We would also like to mention the housemaid team as they decorated our room absolutely beautifully with local flowers.

A truly memorable holiday and can highly recommend this hotel.

The room is so cozy, made us reminiscing the childhood memories staying with our grandparents at Malay wooden house. It is very bright and cozy due to the surround wooden glass window covered by the sheer curtain. The door connecting the room and the big balcony outside can be opened to allow you to hear the sound of nature and inhale the freshness of the greens just outside the room. Either you want to read a book, or work on your laptop or do nothing, just to immerse yourself with the nature, you can choose either the cozy armchair at the balcony or at the study table of even the bed, especially when its raining. the feeling is surreal...
