Overview

The resort is only minutes from Havana’s famed beaches, and features an enormous multi-level swimming complex complete with children’s paddling pool. Good place stay here .

I was here for five times and it's good place stay here . I like the view from my room number and the ocean is close to the hotel. You can fly here and check it. Also the stuff is friendly, specially Johnny from customer service and public relations. You can ask him whatever you want and he will answer with pleasure. He is really interesting on your opinion about the place, good man to talk with . Friendly,kind and funny .

We have had an enjoyable stay at Memories Mirarmar. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful, especially the cleaning staff and most of the staff in the downstairs bar.

Special mention to Johnny from Guest Services who went out of his way to ensure mum had an enjoyable birthday. He and the staff joined us in singing Happy Birthday and finished off with a lovely complimentary cake.

Also to Nurse and the Doctor who were very helpful and had a wealth of knowledge around health and wellbeing. We loved the uniform Nurse.

All in all a good stay at Memories, it is a nice hotel in lovely grounds however some areas, in particular the bedrooms need some TLC and attention.
