Amazing Hotel and equally amazing staff

Just returned from a long weekend and was lucky to get an upgrade to a suite. The staff are so helpful and made the stay so enjoyable.

I left one of my shirts in the room and Andrei and his team were wonderful and have arranged for it to be sent onto me in Berlin.

Will definitely be returning and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Exceeded expectations. Staff made us very welcome even with a small child! Breakfast was lovely. The room and views made a very special weekend. Great central location. Will certainly look forward to going back.
