This hotel chain is out of Texas. Only one in New Mexico and here in Colorado Springs. When we first checked in there was a problem with our reservation. Arthur, the front desk clerk said our room would cost more than what we originally signed up for via internet directly with the hotel. We chose from the picture on the website with price shown. After about a half hour of hassle Arthur allowed us to check in at that price. He said that the employee that took our reservation failed to make notes of the room price. That seemed odd as the price was on the hotel website picture. For future reference we will be asking for written confirmation that includes price per nite/room choice/and dates of check in . Arthur gave us a handicap room even though we are not handicapped. The room was large and spacious, and came with a sofa, and kitchenette. We were located at the end of the hall so noise was never an issue. This came with a hot breakfast of juice, coffee, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon,sausages, instant oatmeal and cereal. Included is Wi-fi, washers and dryers available for a fee, fitness center and I was told we could use of Gazebo and grills. We found our room acceptable and had no further problems after check-in. The room is not fancy but was comfortable. I really enjoyed the bath and body products supplies in the bathroom.

The ratings on this hotel was a bit over rated. I would chose best western over this. It’s outdated, a bit run down. Bed sagged. It’s one of those when you walk in you regret booking it. Fortunately only here for 12 hours and just me. My wife would remind me of this constantly. Spend $20 more.
