Overview

Located within the Sea Pines Plantation, this Marriott sits along six acres of oceanfront property and families are just steps away from the beach. After a day in the sand and ocean, families can continue the fun at the two swimming pools where kids will also find a splash. Guests have access to the Sea Pines Beach Club too so anyone interested in golf or tennis will be very happy. Biking and horseback riding trails are not far away either. The spacious two-bedroom villas feature separate living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans, dishes and glasses. Families will find a private balcony with ocean views, flat screen televisions with a DVD player and complimentary Wi-Fi access to stay connected. No resort fees can be found at this property either.

Relaxing annual visit

Have been coming to Monarch for almost 15 years without any problems, ever. Enjoy relaxing, listening to the ocean/waves, and dining out at the great restaurants on Hilton Head. Sitting here looking at the ocean as I write this before moving to our deck to read a book later this morning.

Great offseason week in October at Monarch

My wife and I and 2 of our friends stayed at Monarch week of Oct 19th and all had an awesome time. The remodel is a big success.....the villas are bright and well designed. The property is immaculate.It has a nice low key feel to it..and the location in Sea Pines is unbeatable....the staff is so friendly and helpful. Some associates to reach out to when you visit: Miles and Caitlyn at the front desk; Sue and Jamie in Recreation; Todd in Engineering ; and Moses at the bike rental. They were all amazing and made us feel like part of the family. I own 4 weeks at Grande Ocean and 1 week at Surfwatch and will definitely convert to points in the future to return to Monarch.
