Girls trip

The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous, Justin was especially helpful and very nice when the rooftop was closed for a private event. Room was always clean, and staff made the extra bed up for us every night.

I wasn’t impressed

I was rather underwhelmed with my three-night stay. While the rooftop bar offered a great view of the Empire State Building, the atmosphere was noisy and the service was horrible. After sitting 20 minutes without service even when it wasn’t at all busy, I gave up and left. The room was extremely hot and all they did to fix it was to turn the thermostat off and on again. I won’t return.
