Each of the 130 exotic guest rooms features vivacious colors, Ecco bath products and European bedding. Coffeemakers are in the rooms. Children under 12 years old stay free at the hotel. Sook Thai Asian Restaurant offers lunch and dinner at the hotel. Guests can start their day off at Starbucks (also onsite). Marrakech’s Upper West Side location is near Central Park, the American Museum of Natural History and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. A subway station is direction outside the hotel.

Stayed for four nights. No elevator, run down and small rooms. The AC unit didn't work well, and the third night it was impossible to sleep. The staff was helpful and moved us to another room. All in all, we are quite satistfied with our stay, but cannot recommend this hotel, especially if you have problems with stairs.

The hotel is an older hotel but with such character. It is across the street from a subway stop which made it easier to move round NYC to places we were visiting. There is no elevator but the doormen are wonderful. It is near a couple bagel shops, several restaurants and fresh markets. I would definitely stay there again.
