This turn-of-the-century stately hotel offers families elegant charm right in the middle of tiny Walla Walla. It’s the hotel’s history that makes it special, and an added bonus is its downtown location with everything accessible on foot. The hotel offers a complimentary buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, pastries and specialty granola. The onsite Marc restaurant serves gourmet farm-to-table dinner fare, and also includes a simple kids’ menu. Walla Walla is known for its wineries, and the hotel features a wine lounge and six onsite boutique wineries. The 133 guestrooms come in a variety of sizes, from a standard double queen layout in the newer hotel section to a variety of suites in the historic tower section. The King-Queen Tower Suite offers two bedrooms with a queen bed and king bed and extra space for families. All rooms include a mini-fridge and coffeemaker. There’s a small fitness room, free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Theresa is amazing and she was so helpful. Loved the obeisance of the building. As well, compliments to the chef Grant. Made an awesome steak! Loved it here. Oh and the cobbler was to die for. Yum

My first time here in Walla Walla, for a family wedding just for the night.
I was dropped off at hotel and was just doing routine checkin. I travel several times a month and will say, it’s been years since I’ve come across such a genuine/helpful front desk admin that I did here at Marcus Whitman in Walla Walla.
I actually am not a review writing person really, unless I’m super mad, but this was the exact opposite experience.
Thank you Johnathan!
