One of the best in NYC

We have been staying at this hotel for the last 3 years as my wife is doing her advanced studies at NYU.

Still, aside from the excellent location, this hotel has been consistent in its service, cleanliness and reasonable price.

With an advanced notice, we are always given our preferred room to our delight every time we are there.

The staff is great and worth mentioning is the doorman, Abdellah who has been very very helpful to us with our luggages and transpo. Very warm. Same with his counterpart in the morning.

Will continue patronizing this hotel.

Great location - small rooms

The location of this hotel was perfect. We stayed in the standard room which was a little tighter then expected but I know most rooms in New York are like this so can’t complain too much here.
Staff were very friendly and helpful we arranged a car service back to the airport via the hotel which was great.
The hotel also provide drinks and nibbles in reception between 4-6pm which is a nice touch.
