We decided to use this apartment hotel as a change from a hotel and we were glad we did. It is a nice location and not too far from public transport. Our room was a bit run down a few updates are needed (it is an old historic property) but it was clean and comfortable. Parts of the hotel are being renovated. The staff were very helpful and polite. Our apartment had every thing we needed. After 10 days of restaurant food it nice to be able to cook a meal.

We spent our honeymoon at Manhattan Tower Apartment Hotel in 1960, when it was about 10 years old. We found out by accident in 2014 that it was still there and have now spent our anniversary there for the past six years straight. The property was great when we first visited, and it is fantastic now. The grounds have flourished since then and are beautiful. There is a large pool, with a shaded area, and a large deck area along the Intracoastal Waterway, with access to the Water Taxi from the deck. The apartments are large, spacious, and filled with modern appliances, and very comfortable bedding. Many have floor to ceiling sliding doors, with views of the waterway, and with private sitting areas. It is a perfect place to relax and also to socialize if that is your preference. The owners, Russel and Joe, are constantly making upgrades and improvements. You cannot find a better place to stay on the waterway, and the Atlantic Ocean is a short 5-minute walk away. We will be returning next year!
