My husband got treated poorly from the night front desk clerk. He went out for a smoke and got harassed by the front desk clerk. The people across from us were constantly in and out and being loud during the night and nothing was done about it. Our door was knocked by others who had gotten the wrong room and they were drunk. Nothing was said. My husband always stayed at the hotel while working in the city, until recently the last three times he stayed there , the night staff treated him poorly. We both will not be staying their again.

Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast offered a different egg selection each of the 3 days as well as a variety of pasties. Missed having walnuts to go with the hot oatmeal.
They welcome dogs and the fee is $25/day.
We had the studio room, with kitchen. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. They should provide some more dishes and silverware, but if we ran the dishwasher after each meal we were all set.
The room set up has some odd issues. First of all the TV and the coach are at right angles so one cannot watch TV from the coach, unless you lay on the coach, which means the other person has to sit in the office chair or on the bed.
Second, one would presume that two or more people will stay in the room, thus it would be helpful if there were at least two chairs to use at the dinning room table.
We were surprised that after a major snowfall it took the staff more than 24 hours to clear all the sidewalks, I would think that people who live in Winnipeg would be able to clear sidewalks around the building in a more timely fashion,
All the staff we interacted with were helpful, to mention just one person is unfair to all but still we will give a shout out to KIRAN
