Great place!

We came for a girls weekend from Minneapolis and our first visit to New York. The staff was the best and very helpful with directions, getting taxis or answering all our questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will recommend to our family and friends!!

Unfortunately VERY disappointing.

Based upon the stellar reviews we booked this hotel. While the hotel staff is pleasant and accommodating it was extremely disappointing to find no bathrooms on the entry level to the hotel and the only bathrooms (2 in total) were down a flight and extremely unkempt. One lacking soap, paper towel or toilet paper. Upon checking into the very small room we discovered that many of the towel linens were not clean. Most had stains and one clearly had the remnants of someone’s make up and mascara. Yuck.
