Staff and Hotel

Zolton and Iqbal were very really great and so helpful ...They helped us patiently anytime on any info we needed.....
Hotel was good too....Its a 5 min walk to Swiss Cottage Subway station....
Wish the restaurant inside the hotel had few more food options...

Worst reception ever

I have honestly not come across a hotel globally as bad as this ones reception service. They are unable to perform outside their box.
The hotel was lovely and clean, concierge super friendly, breakfast terrible, rooms gorgeous. The hotel os in a great area. But management and reception ruined this ine for me. Even after clearing an issue and paying for an extra day that we didn't stay at the hotel they still refused to Remove the bill that was incorrectly allocated to my credit card.
